CREAM SUPPLIES AT CAFFÈ CULTURE

Cream Supplies will be hosting coffee making and molecular beverage demonstrations and tastings throughout the show. A line up of guest baristas and mixologists will show the numerous ways that Cream Supplies can bring new dimensions to modern coffee menus.

Products include:

AeroPress® – Cream Supplies is the UK sole agent for this ingenious, manual coffee maker being used by top independent coffee shops seeking to explore gourmet brewed coffee. It produces full, rich, ultra-smooth, filter coffee in just a few seconds whilst also creating a front of house ‘theatre’ experience. 2007 World Barista Champion, James Hoffmann and 2009 Champion, Gwilym Davies, are amongst the baristas to endorse it. The World AeroPress® Championship, which Cream Supplies is sponsoring, will be held on Wednesday 23 and Thursday 24 in the Brew Bar. MasterChef finalist, Alex Rushmer, is amongst the judging panel.

New AeroPress® BrewStations – Cream Supplies has launched a new range of compact, AeroPress® BrewStations, designed to hold the AeroPress® coffee brewer securely on a backbar or counter, whilst also adding to the theatre of the artisan AeroPress® brewing process. The BrewStations are fabricated from mirror finish, 304 grade stainless steel. They are fitted with a removable drip tray and come complete with non-slip rubber feet for extra security.

TWIST™ – Cream Supplies is the UK sole agent for the mypressi® TWIST™, a ground-breaking, handheld espresso maker powered by a small gas cartridge, discreetly hidden within its handle. All it needs is ground espresso coffee or standard ESE coffee pods and hot water. It produces one double (or 2 single) perfectly extracted espressos in just 20-30 seconds.

Whippers – Cream Supplies is the sole UK agent for Best Whip Gourmet, all stainless steel whippers that produce perfect whipped cream as well as hot or cold mousses, foams, espumas and whipped sauces.

Syrups – Cream Supplies is the UK’s leading supplier of flavouring syrups with more than 220 varieties from a wide range of brands. As well as their primary use as a flavouring and sweetener for coffee, frappés and sodas, they can be used for flavouring cream and for drizzling over desserts. Accessory products include pourers, pumps and display shelves.

Toppings – Intensely flavoured freeze dried fruit is increasing in popularity as a café ingredient for use in smoothies or shakes or for scattering over desserts.

Molecular Ingredients – For cafés and adventurous coffee shops, members of the Molecular Mixology team will be showing how foams and textures can be used in creating exciting and unusual, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, coffee based drinks.
